Customized or Personalized Items

Any jersey or apparel that has been manufactured, printed, or tailored with custom names, numbers, or specific badges at your request is uniquely tailored to your specifications. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

Return conditions
  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Consumers are permitted to inspect and try on clothing to check the fit, but excessive handling that diminishes the value of the product may result in a deduction from the final refund.
  • Tags Intact: All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be fully attached and intact.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase must be provided.
