At Jersix, we are committed to providing our customers with premium quality products. We understand that shopping online requires trust, and we want you to feel completely secure in your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, this Comprehensive Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our standard operating procedures for processing returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Eligibility Window for Returns

Our standard return policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase was delivered to your designated shipping address, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

 

Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be fully attached and intact.

  • The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Non-Returnable and Exempt Items

Please be advised that certain categories of products are exempt from being returned for hygiene and operational reasons:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any jersey or apparel that has been printed with custom names, numbers, or specific badges at the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items (unless defective).

 

Inspection and Refund Processing

Upon receipt of your returned item, our Quality Control team will meticulously inspect the product. We will promptly send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your return and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • No Restocking Fees: We maintain a transparent pricing model and do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 If you have not received a refund within the stipulated timeframe, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time required.

  • If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at jersix.business@gmail.com

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an incorrect size was shipped due to our error. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, the most efficient method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the desired size.

 

Return Shipping Liability

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. If you are shipping an item over €50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not assume liability for packages lost in transit by third-party couriers.
